    This information is NOT USED by the Office of the Nehm Tiwehkthihmpt to determine eligibility for Citizenship.

    HOUSEHOLD INFORMATION
    Minors in the care of their legal guardian, who is a registered Nemenhah Citizen, are automatically counted as Youth Citizens of the Nemenhah ITO until they have reached the Age of Agency as stipulated in the Nemenhah Constitution, whereupon they will be required to register for Citizenship individually.

    MINISTERIAL INFORMATION
    All Spiritually Adopted Nemenhah Members/Ministers have received a certificate of membership and/or a wallet card associated with same at some point during their active or inactive membership. If you possess no such document, please do not proceed with this form. Contact the Office of the Nehm Tiwehkthihmpt for further instructions.

    The Uniform Curriculum for Nemenhah Ministry (UCNM) was created and implemented in the year 2013. Any core Nemenhah training received prior to 2013 must be certified for equivalency by the University of Nemenhah.

    COVENANT DECLARATIONS
    Please re-affirm the following declarations associated with the Covenant of Spiritual Adoption into the Nemenhah People:
    Throughout the Nemenhah ITO's sixteen+ years of operation, and the many changes we've undergone in the process, individuals have sought membership for a wide variety of reasons. Please briefly describe your original motivation to seek Nemenhah Membership and why you would like to translate that into distinct Nemenhah Citizenship now.

CENSUS AND MEMBER REINSTATEMENT POLICY

From the Office of the Nehm Tiwehkthihmpt:

Article X of the Nemenhah Constitution reads:

a. “Citizen” shall refer to any individual who enjoys membership in a duly recognized Assembly and has been granted citizenship through the appropriate office of the Nehm Tiwehkthihmpt. “Citizen” shall also refer to any individual who has entered a covenant relationship with a duly recognized sacred order, church, indigenous traditional heritage, and/or local unit authorized to facilitate the ancient rites of Spiritual Adoption and has been granted Citizenship through the appropriate office of the Nehm Tiwehkthihmpt.

b. Citizenship shall be granted automatically, upon request and with all due process, to those individuals who enjoy direct blood relations with a duly recognized Assembly wherein is embodied an indigenous traditional heritage and/or bloodline within the Nemenhah. Citizenship shall also be granted, upon request and with all due process, to those individuals who have received consanguineous relations through the ancient sacred tradition of Spiritual Adoption as administrated by the sacred order, church, and/or local unit of origin.

c. Citizenship by blood relation and citizenship through Spiritual Adoption shall be esteemed essentially, and in all ways pertinent to this Constitution, synonymous by the People.

INACTIVE MEMBERS
Nemenhah Members, Ministers, Medicine Men or Medicine Women, and/or Traditional Spiritual Leaders who have not been in communication with the their Pehli or an institution of the Nemenhah for a total of two (2) years or more have been filed "Inactive" by our record keepers.  If an attempt to contact said Inactive Members was not successful, that member has been filed "Unresponsive." 

To reinstate your "Active" status as a Member in Good Standing within the Nemenhah, fill and submit the form at left.

"Inactive" or "Unresponsive" Members of the Nemenhah do not qualify for the federal protection of their religious freedom to practice the Religion of the Nemenhah People, in accordance with the Law of the Land as provided in
USC TITLE 42 CHAPTER 21B § 2000BB–1. 

If challenged or burdened by local government and/or government agencies, neither the Administrative Chiefs of the Nemenhah State, nor any of her individual Pehli, agencies and/or Assemblies can verify and attest to any "Inactive" or "Unresponsive" Member's sincerity of belief and practice of Nemenhah Religion.
