OPTION B: Yuhwihkihn (Shamanic, “Windwalker”) Medicine
· Nehmehnhah Haymehnay: Divine Aspects – Guide, Teacher, Mentor, Healer, Heavenly Beings (benevolent Spirits). The Pillar of Sacrifice.
o Cultural Study: Haymehnay and His/Their Spiritual Significance to the Nemenhah.
o Physical Exercise: Deep Muscle Relaxation.
o Spiritual Exercise: exploration of function, design, and interrelations through visualization and guided meditation.
OPTION C: Natural Medicine (1 Class) + Yuhwihkihn (Shamanic, "Windwalker") Medicine (1 Class).
